iWantPoints.com is a Reward Program where users can earn points by completing offers. Once a user has enough points, he/she can redeem them for an Amazon gift certificate. All gift certificates are sent via email. For some quick instructions on how to get started, please go to our How It Works page.

What types of offers does iWantPoints provide?

Our offers include surveys, games, software downloads, account registration, paid-to-click, mobile PIN submits, and more. Each offer has the number of points it's worth clearly labeled. Click the Complete This Offer link for details and to view the offer. Many offers only allow you to view them once a day. So be careful about closing a browser window if you intend to complete an offer right away. Please go to the Earn Points Page for more details.

What kind of Rewards can I get?

You can select any Amazon Reward by going to the My Reward Page and searching for the item you want. Click Add To My Reward to select an item as your reward. You can choose anything you want from Amazon. The points required is always clearly marked. In general, the number of Points required is equivalent to the US cents value (one point = one cent). You can add or remove items as you wish by clicking the Remove link in the sidebar to remove an item at any time prior to placing your order.

How do I place an order for my Reward?

Once you have enough Points, you can place an order for your Reward by going to the Orders Page.

How do I complete offers and get points?

To earn Points, go to the Earn Points Page. Browse and find offers you would like to complete for the Points specified with each offer. Use the Search pulldown menu to filter the offers. Offers you've already clicked on will also show up in your My Account Page which also shows which offers you received Points for.

I completed an offer but did not get points...

Most offers will send an update to our system and give you Points within 30 minutes. However some offers may take longer to send us updates. Please be patient. In some cases you may not get Points for offers that you complete. The reason for this may include:

• A survey may not allow you to earn Points more than once. Some surveys/sweepstakes do allow you to post an entry daily. Please check the terms at each individual offer.
• You may have entered wrong information during registration and/or on the survey.
• The verification link sent to the email you specified was not clicked and therefore not validated.
• You were not logged in when you clicked to the offer/survey. We can only track your Points if you are signed in.
• The offer's sponsor will not give you credit. This can happen if they red-flag your IP or email address. We have no control over this and can only issue you Points if the Sponsors give you credit for completing an offer.
• The game or software was already installed on your computer. Offers that require software to be installed usually give credit per unique installation only.
• For mobile offers you must enter the PIN sent to your mobile phone.
• Someone using the same IP number as you may have completed that offer already.

Do my Points ever expire?

NO. Your Points are yours to keep. They will never expire.

How do I change my email?

Go to My Account and use the Change Email link.

I don't have a Facebook account can I still register?

We only send orders to email addresses that have been verified by Facebook. You must register via Facebook to validate your email address. This is a security measure to help prevent fraud. Facebook has an extensive system in place and thousands of engineers who work day and night to detect fraudulent accounts. We do not gain access to your Facebook login even if you grant permission for iWantPoints.com to verify your email and name. The only information we access through the Facebook API is your name, email, gender, birthday, and location.

Can I get Points for "Liking" iWantPoints.com?

We want you to actually like us before you click the Facebook Like button! Many websites buy Likes or make people click their Like button even if the users don't really "like" it. We would like our Likes to reflect our users actual fondness of iWantPoints.com and not just be some inflated number that has no meaning. We're not trying to impress anyone. Just Like us if you actually do. We would like that very much ;-)

I can't login to iWantPoints.com

Go to the Sign In Page and click the Facebook Connect button. You should be automatically logged in if you are already logged into Facebook. You can also try to re-register if your Facebook email did not change. This will reset your password at iWantPoints.com.
